How do I measure…?

1) Head circumference:
Measure from the center of the forehead at the widest point around the head.

2) Chest circumference:
Measure horizontally around the body, starting at the widest point of the chest.

3) Waist circumference:
Measure the narrowest circumference of the waist horizontally around the body without constricting.

4) Hip circumference:
Place the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of your buttocks while standing with both feet together.

5) Sleeve length:
Measure from the base of the neck, over the shoulders, down the arm to the slightly bent elbow and on to the wrist.

6) Thigh circumference:
Measure the circumference of your thigh at its widest point.

7) Calf circumference:
Measure the circumference of your calf at its widest point.

8) Upper arm circumference:
Measure the circumference of your upper arm at its widest point while it is tensed.

9) Forearm circumference:
Measure the circumference of your forearm at its widest point while it is tensed.

10) Elbow length:
The elbow length determines the length of the forearm protector. To determine this, place the measuring tape directly below the elbow and measure down to the wrist.

11) Hand circumference:
Always measure the hand circumference without the thumb, with the hand flat and outstretched, and guide the measuring tape over the ankle without tightening it.

12) Hand length:
Measure the hand length from the beginning of the palm to the end of the middle finger.

13) Stride length:
Measure from the crotch to the bottom edge of the trouser leg along the inner trouser seam.

14) Outer leg length:
Measure from the sole of the foot to the waist.

15) Shin length:
The shin length determines the length of the shin protector. To measure this, place the measuring tape directly below the knee and measure up to the level of the ankle.

16) Measure foot length:
Remove the insole from a shoe that fits you and measure the length of the sole with a ruler.
Don’t have an insole handy? Then place your foot on a piece of paper and trace the outline with a pencil. Then measure the length of your foot with a ruler.
The relevant measurement is the length of the insole or your foot in centimeters. You can find the corresponding shoe size in the manufacturer’s tables below.
Note regarding the insole length: For guidance, it is helpful to know that approximately 1.2cm (+/-) must be added to your measured “foot length” to arrive at the specified insole length.
